DIY: Bronzed

This happens to be one of the coolest make up savers I’ve ever come across. I, like many people, am a bronzer fanatic. It’s my what-would-you-bring-on-a-deserted-island make up (yes, I’m that obsessed), therefore I always have a travel bronzer in addition to my higher end stay at home version. The problem with that, is between the tossing into my work bag and throwing it into my purse, it often ends up cracking into a million pieces. The other day I stumbled upon this remedy for broken/cracked bronzer and decided to try it out and report back to you guys.

Here goes:
What you’ll need: 75%+ based Alcohol (as in rubbing alcohol, not your leftover Vodka)

1. Take your broken bronzer

2. Add a few drops of the alcohol

3. Mush together, you’ll see the bronzer becomes pliable and starts sticking together

4. Pat down into the compact

5. Let dry
6. Voila! Newly secured bronzer compact

Verdict? It may look like doodoo but hey it really works! It will save you the unnecessary trip to the pharmacy and the extra moola for a whole new bronzer. So bronze on my friends, bronze on.
