It’s about time we dedicate an entire post to Christian Srigley & Leighton James the dub step duo of Adventure Club. We can’t get over how amazing they are and it’s not because we’re biased due to fact that they’re Montreal natives (oh also, ladies, they ain’t too bad to look at either). We’ve mentioned them before here and here but as their fan base grows (over 150, 000 Facebook fans) so do the number of tracks they put out and remixes we keep falling in love with (so this is what true love is like) making them our … One To Watch.
The song that started it all for Flimsey Goods and TheElectronicTonic was this remix of Youth – Foxes. The original song is so baller that we didn’t think it’d be possible to handle a dubstep version but we’re not lying when we say it’s been played on repeat for several hours in the office (no shame).
Their latest track – Need Your Heart Ft Kai. This is like the California Roll of dubstep. For all those of you who are afraid that dubstep is just all loud dial up modem noises peep this track. It’s so smooth and chill that you’ll forget you were ever afraid.
Rise & Fall ft. Krewella is another one of those amazing tracks that’ll having you wondering how you weren’t down with the EMD in the first place. Plus Krewella is a Chicago crew who’s Facebook About just says “Making You Wet, One Song At A Time” … ’nuff said –
Flight Facilities – Crave You – No words. This song is just amazing. –
Temper Trap – Love Lost is a track that’s a little heavier but if you’re down with EDM put your headphones on, turn up the volume and thank us later
