Taco Tuesday: Louisiana Butter Cake Recipe

So this week, we are running around getting ready for NYCWFF and getting things ready for our 8th year anniversary. So my usual allotted cooking/baking time has be cut in … okay there’s no time. Somehow, I managed to multi-task this little cake into my crazy schedule. This is a result of my dear friend from college’s obsession with this cake and of course, Pinterest for bringing that memory back into my life. To be honest, the name BUTTER in any cake title sounds deliciously tempting.

Because this week is so crazy, I made this recipe from here with no alterations.

Be careful though, this cake is highly addictive (as you can tell by that last image, where I couldn’t even snap up a picture before half of it was gone!).
