I know, I know … weekend recaps shouldn’t really go down when we’re on hump day and already fantasizing about the upcoming weekend, but I couldn’t resist tell you guys about the fantastic F1 weekend I had. For those of you not from Montreal, F1 stands for Formula one, as in those super european car races. Anyhoo, it’s notably one of the most anticipated weekends of summer around here and this weekend surely didn’t disappoint!
The highlight for me would have to be Saturday’s impromptu pool party at a friend’s place, I love spontaneous fun! Oh and a big shootout to the great weather.
On Sunday, I met up with a couple of WRG? writers for a quick lunch meeting over at Satay Brother’s in the Atwater Market.
Ended the weekend visiting Mondial de la Bière (translation: BeerFest) with Dolly_Haze and ran into a couple of friends. The rest of the afternoon/evening/LATE NIGHT!!! was spent shooting 2 meal ideas for your homemade Father’s Day gift (stay tuned for those later this week), because we all know that we can’t afford good presents our parents just want to hangout with us … so what better gift than the excuse to share a meal??
